Is owned and operated by Wilcox & Hall Appraisers, which has been operating  as a traditional Appraisal and Antique Restoration Service Since 1959. Our office is  located at 79 Purdy St., Belleville, Ontario, Canada, K8P1Z2. Our regular office hours are 8:00am-6:00pm,  Monday through Friday. Our phone number is available by email request ¹.

We first offered our services online in 1997 as an  experiment to test this new medium by offering a basic "Appraisal By Email" that  everyone could afford. We've changed our service a lot since then and it is our aim 
to continue to be at the cutting edge of the Appraisal profession by continuing  to offer new services, such as our "Appraisal Tutorials", "Auction Estimates"  and our Online Price Guides options for Royal Doulton Figurines, Royal Doulton Toby Jugs, Royal Copenhagen figurines, Hummels,
Precious Moments, Normal Rockwell plates and Singer Sewing Machines.
